Established in 2002
On December 11, 2002, China Customs Brokers Association (CCBA) was officially established in Beijing as a national non-profit legal entity under the guidance of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China.
The Association was created to unite professional participants in customs brokerage, logistics and international trade activities across China.
International Recognition
A major milestone in the history of CCBA took place from May 17 to May 20, 2016, when Shanghai hosted the International Federation of Customs Brokers Associations (IFCBA) Conference for the first time in China.
The event gathered more than 400 participants from over 20 countries and regions and included representatives of the General Administration of Customs of China and the World Customs Organization (WCO).
The conference theme focused on promoting trade facilitation through cooperation between customs authorities and the business community, strengthening CCBA’s position within the global customs brokerage network.
Legal Committee Establishment
In April 2025, CCBA established its Legal Committee to strengthen legal protection for international trade participants and support dispute resolution in customs clearance and compliance matters.
Automotive & Parts Supply Chain Committee
As part of its international industry development strategy, CCBA officially established the Automotive & Parts Supply Chain Committee to strengthen cooperation in automotive, EV infrastructure, auto parts, logistics and supply chain integration between China and international markets.
The Committee brings together manufacturers, logistics companies, industry associations and market participants to support coordinated international cooperation and long-term industrial partnerships.
