Zhang Peng

Zhang Peng serves as the Secretary-General of the China Customs Brokers Association (CCBA) and is the legal representative of the organization .

As Secretary-General, Zhang Peng leads the association’s Secretariat — the executive body responsible for the day-to-day operations and implementation of CCBA’s strategic initiatives. In this capacity, he oversees the association’s core functions, including industry self-regulation, professional training and certification programs, information services, and international cooperation .

Zhang Peng works closely with CCBA President Bai Fengchuan to advance the association’s mission of serving as a trusted bridge between China’s customs brokerage industry and government regulatory authorities, including the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC), which serves as CCBA’s supervisory body .

Under his leadership, the Secretariat manages a nationwide network of 29 regional customs broker associations, coordinates professional development programs that have trained over 330,000 industry professionals, and represents the interests of more than 1,000 direct corporate members.
